Refund Policy

Credit purchases

Coin / credit top-ups purchased via Stripe are generally non-refundable, because credits are delivered instantly on purchase. If you believe there was a billing error or unauthorized charge, email hello@votingmachine.app within 14 days of the charge and we'll investigate.

Paid rooms

Entry fees for paid rooms are non-refundable once paid — they are committed to the room's prize pool. Exceptions:

• The creator cancels the room before distribution — all entrants are refunded at cost.
• The room never reaches a single resolved market at the end date — we may refund at our discretion.

Credits have no cash value

Voting Machine is a free-to-play skill game. Credits are play-money with no cash value and are not redeemable for cash or gift cards, so there is nothing to refund on the rewards side — the only reward is your forecaster reputation.

Fraudulent or disputed activity

We reserve the right to reverse credit purchases or freeze balances if we detect fraud, chargebacks, collusion, or Terms violations.
